Job analysis is a systematic approach for describing job content; job context and job requirements. The first step in any recruitment, selection or assessment programme is to accurately identify the things that make the difference between successful and less-than-successful performance in any role.

We focus on the knowledge, skills, behaviours and motivations that differentiate success. We are accredited in a number of well researched, internationally recognised competency taxonomies (including DDI and Lominger) and have undertaken extensive job-related analysis projects both in New Zealand and internationally.
