As a valued member of the Carroll Consulting team you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process or aspects of it for our clients. As the outsourced HR business partner you will also provide confidential advice, solutions and add value to their own internal processes.
Carroll Consulting is a well established Wellington HR consultancy with client work throughout New Zealand. Our philosophy is finding the right person for each role rather than just placing a warm body in a seat.

We are offering a competitive hourly rate to an experienced behavioural based interviewer / recruitment specialist who is self employed or seeking a part time casual role working from home.
What You Bring to the Role
- It is essential that you have experience in behavioural based interviewing
- A passion for providing exceptional service
- Professionalism, integrity and confidence
- Experience in relationship management
- Ability to make decisions
- Working knowledge of the various legislation associated with recruitment processes
- Creative thinking
- A current, clean drivers licence
- Ability to easily travel throughout New Zealand
- A complete office set up (including PC, printer, mobile etc)
- A sense of humour
- The desire to work independently from home yet be part of a team.
