Lynda Carroll
Lynda is Carroll Consulting’s Managing Director and primary shareholder. She has over 20 years’ experience in senior management and consulting roles within New Zealand and internationally specialising in strategy, performance and people.
Lynda established Carroll Consulting 14 years ago when she returned to her home town of Wellington. Prior to this she held the role of Managing Consultant for Development Dimensions International (DDI) in New Zealand and Melbourne; was General Manager, Human Resources for the Ministry of Forestry; and Corporate Services Manager for the Early Childhood Development Unit.
Lynda is currently Deputy Chair of the New Zealand Institute Management Inc.; a member of the Human Resource Institute of New Zealand, an Associate Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Management; a member of the Institute of Directors; and a member of the Institute of Public Administration of New Zealand. Lynda also holds Provisional Accreditation with the Institute of Directors.
