Tracy Keith

Tracy KeithTracy has extensive experience in business across a number of sectors including private, the wider state sector and the voluntary sector. Tracy has worked across a number of industries including finance, hospitality, manufacturing and tourism. Tracy’s human resource expertise includes coaching, general human resource management, and recruitment.

Her projects have included:

  • Developing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
  • Developing and implementing Induction programmes
  • Completing business process improvement initiatives including documenting these initiatives
  • Undertaking SWOT and training needs gap analysis
  • Completing career path planning
  • Undertaking coaching for emerging leaders
  • Supporting business unit managers with generalist HR advice
  • Ensuring health and safety compliance.

Tracy has Level 2, Results Coaching Systems; is ICF ACC credentialed and has a Diploma in Business, Auckland University of Technology (AIT). Tracy is a member of the Results Coaching Systems community, International Coaching Federation of Australasia (ICFA), Human Resources Institute of NZ (HRINZ), Tourism Industry Association of NZ (TIANZ) and Toastmasters International (NZ District).

Ellie Lockhart

Ellie LockhartEllie is an experienced Human Resource Manager and holds a BSc Honours in Psychology from Victoria University.

She began her HR career with Colonial in 1999 which subsequently merged with Sovereign in late 2000 (as part of the ASB Group) and was appointed HR Manager in Wellington in 2005.

Ellie has significant experience in change management, performance development systems, competency benchmarking, employee relations, policy development and general operational management of HR.
