Gillian Peacock
As a consultant Gillian has assisted organisations and individuals with recruitment, career transition, leadership development, coaching and organisational change. She is an experienced trainer and workshop facilitator and has designed and delivered a variety of workshops including change management and organisational transition, leadership and management development, team building, and career transition, and recruitment workshops.
Gillian has worked in a variety of public and private sector organisations as a human resource consultant and project manager. In these roles she has been responsible for the design and delivery of human resource processes and procedures, change management, learning and development, and marketing and research.
Gillian has a degree in psychology and sociology and a diploma in counselling. Early in her career she worked as a social worker and counsellor gaining a sound understanding of the variety of responses people can have to any given situation.
Gillian is involved in the volunteer sector and has a special interest in developing people and capability. She is the chair of Volunteering New Zealand.
Ellie Lockhart
Ellie is an experienced Human Resource Manager and holds a BSc Honours in Psychology from Victoria University.
She began her HR career with Colonial in 1999 which subsequently merged with Sovereign in late 2000 (as part of the ASB Group) and was appointed HR Manager in Wellington in 2005.
Ellie has significant experience in change management, performance development systems, competency benchmarking, employee relations, policy development and general operational management of HR.
Andrew Brooks
Andrew is an experienced research professional and holds a MA Honours in History from the University of York. Andrew began his career working in the Heritage industry as a Museum Collections and Research Assistant. He has worked as a researcher and policy advisor in local government and is currently the National Network for Stopping Violence Service’s resident Historian and Archivist.
Andrew has significant experience in policy development, project management, quantitative and qualitative research, survey design and recruitment. In his spare time he enjoys playing the piano and tramping.
